  7. inventory is comprehensive, including equipment location, ownership, sourcing,
  8. servicing requirements, manuals, costs and depreciation. Service and
  9. maintenance features include spares management, call logging, planned
  10. preventative maintenance, hazard-warning management and safety testing. Once
  11. job details are recorded, SEMS calculates and applies charges, either direct to
  12. the customer or against service contracts.  SEMS has comprehensive and
  13. flexible enquiry and reporting facilities, and includes a widespread notepad
  14. facility. Optional additions include a report generator and start-up data for
  15. medical equipment.
